Steve Madison, President, is based out of the corporate office in Brainerd, MN. His industry background includes both management and ownership of hotels and restaurants. He has 20 years of experience in lodging and restaurant operations and took his first general manager position at the age of twenty one.
Steve was once a trainer for new owners and managers for a national limited service brand. He was also a general manager at several full service lodging properties before becoming involved in multi-unit operations. Steve has directed the purchase and sale of several lodging and other real estate properties.
His responsibilities include oversight of the the operations of all areas of the management company. In addition, he is the owner or lead principal of several properties that the management company currently operates.
Steve has received his CHA designation and has also served on the Board of the Minnesota Hotel Association and several convention and visitor's bureaus.
