Steve Millhollon has made a fulfilling career out of his passion for real state. Growing up in a family of real estate investors and developers, he’s been an open house addict for most of his life. Today, as a broker and an investor, he’s turned his passion into a rewarding venture for his clients and himself.
Like many New Yorkers, he’s not from New York. The Texas native has lived all over the country, from Florida to California, but has made his home in Manhattan for the past 14 years. He previously built a career in software sales and sales management, highlighted by multiple years as the #1 salesperson. That vision, perseverance and attention to detail have helped him achieve success during his 7-plus years in New York real estate.
His technological and market savvy are also put to good use maximizing value for his clients. Steve scours listings, conducts extensive research and puts creative strategies to work when marketing properties. At the same time, he streamlines the real estate experience with his sales expertise, keen intuition, dedication to clients’ needs and a flair for customer service. Outside of work, this Gramercy resident volunteers for various political organizations, enjoys playing golf and guitar and occasionally dabbles in stand-up comedy.
