Steven Nicoluzakis has been involved in the Arizona multi-housing market since 1995. He has been involved in the sale of over 50,000 units with a total consideration exceeding $5 billion. Mr. Nicoluzakis has been consistently ranked as one of the top multifamily brokers at Cushman & Wakefield both locally and nationally, as well as at Cassidy Turley, Grubb & Ellis and Insignia ESG previously. Prior to investment brokerage, Mr. Nicoluzakis worked with JPI in the development of luxury apartment communities in the Phoenix market. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in economics from Northern Arizona University.
