As the President and Co-Founder of Storage Deluxe, Steve Novenstein oversees the company’s site acquisition, development, and legal activities. Prior to joining Storage Deluxe, Mr. Novenstein was an acquisitions attorney for Federal Realty Investment Trust.
Mr. Novenstein founded the Connecticut Self-Storage Association in 2001. He is on the Board of Directors of the national Self Storage Association (SSA), a member of the Large-Size Self-Storage Owners Group, the New York Self Storage Association, and Pennsylvania Self Storage Association. In addition, Mr. Novenstein is on the March of Dimes Westchester/Rockland Division Board of Directors and the Long Island City Partnership BID board.
Mr. Novenstein received a Juris Doctorate degree from the Washington College of Law at American University and a Bachelor of Arts from Tulane University.
