Steve is a New Hampshire Licensed Real Estate Broker. He’s had real estate experience since 1980. Major sales include homes, condominiums, camps, cottages, land, motel, multifamily, & other commercial property.
Steve was REALTOR® of the Year in 2004, President of the Lakes Region Board of REALTORS® in 2003, and President of the Lake Winnipesaukee Watershed Association in 2007.
Steven served as a town selectman in the past. He was also a member of the Budget Committee and Board of Adjustment. He was a former Sales & Marketing Consultant for Timberpeg Homes, and a former Project Mgr. & Sales Consultant for Award Winning Home Builder.
Steve has been a resident of NH since 1968 with extensive area knowledge.
