Stephen E. Saunders is an Executive Managing Director of Cushman & Wakefield Regional, Inc. for the firm’s Valuation & Advisory (V&A) group. Mr. Saunders’ current responsibilities include managing the Florida V&A offices. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 1997, he was employed as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser with Clayton, Roper Marshall, Inc. in Orlando, Florida from 1992-1997 and a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser for Tuck & Associates in Orlando, Florida from 1989-1992.
Mr. Saunders has completed appraisal reports throughout the United States and Caribbean for individuals, attorneys, institutional investors, lending institutions and various federal, state, and local governmental agencies for valuation and consulting assignments that include commercial properties, industrial properties, office buildings, multifamily housing, golf courses, mobile home parks, appraisal reviews and special purpose properties.
