Steve is the founder of SCGroup Real Estate and serves as the company's Co-Managing Principal. He shares overall responsibility for strategic direction, recruiting and training professionals, business development, customer service and satisfaction and other activities related to building and managing the organization's operating platform. Steve has had a long and diverse career in real estate and has experience in consulting, acquisition, brokerage and development. He was a Partner in Arthur Andersen's real estate consulting business with responsibility for managing the US practice, President of Corporate Services for Grubb & Ellis and Managing Director of the Midwest Region and Mexico for First Industrial Realty Trust. Steve is active in his local community and is currently a Board Member for AIM-CIL, an organization providing support services to disabled individuals.
