Steve Tiemann has over 35 years of commercial real estate, financial, and legal experience. He has helped commercial real estate investors, developers, and owners of retail, office, multifamily, and mixed-use properties maximize the returns on their investments. Steve’s extensive work in commercial real estate includes: • managing the acquisition, development, and sale of commercial investment properties, land and residential portfolios • performing property due diligence, financial due diligence, and underwriting of complex acquisitions • identifying and analyzing investment strategies and managing the permitting, planning, design, and land development of commercial and mixed-use projects • developing negotiating strategies and handling complex negotiations with sellers, investors, potential equity partners, and lenders • managing the sale-leaseback of absolute NNN lease investment properties • arranging, negotiating, and structuring equity and debt for real estate developments and corporate real estate strategies Steve’s financial skills include: • working with accredited investors, private equity firms, family offices, venture capital, foreign investors, and investment bankers to implement business and project financing • analyzing income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, preparing detailed use of funds statements and financial projections for business and project financing • arranging, negotiating, and structuring equity and debt for business development, operation and expansion
