Steve joined Associated Architects in 2009, qualified as an Architect in 2012, became an Associate Director in 2017, and was promoted to Director in 2020.
He leads the practice’s commercial workplace sector, delivering major office projects including Birmingham’s largest commercial retrofit at 10 Brindleyplace. His current work includes low and zero carbon office, residential, and education buildings, including one of the Midlands’ first NABERS-certified schemes.
Steve heads the practice’s sustainability initiatives, overseeing carbon analysis tools and workflows to support environmentally responsible design and client decision-making.
