Steven Bodner rejoined SRS in 2025 as Vice President in the Atlanta office. A highly respected Atlanta-area broker, with many industry accolades and over 20 years of experience, Steven is part of SRS Atlanta’s esteemed retail brokerage team. Steven is also Founder/President of Green Acres Real Estate Company, an owner / operator of RV Parks and Campgrounds. His previous experience also includes long stints with both The Trilogy Group and Colliers.
Over his career, Steven has worked with many national, regional, and local tenants such as Navy Federal Credit Union, Del Taco, Heartland Dental / WMG Development, Lowe's Home Improvement Stores, Generator Supercenter, Smoothie King, Planet Fitness, Aaron's Rents and F45. In addition, he represents owners and developers in the disposition and marketing of land parcels and single tenant buildings. Over the years, Steven has helped facilitate over $500 million in leasing and sales transactions.
