Since 1998, Morley Fredericks has specialized in the acquisition and disposition of apartment buildings throughout Northern California. Having completed the sale of buildings ranging from 4-200 units, we specialize in the listing and marketing of properties for Sellers. Our unique ability to recognize and demonstrate value through information management and market knowledge has earned Morley Fredericks the respect from our peers and clients as a reliable advisor. In addition to maintaining a very active brokerage schedule, Morley Fredericks manages a variety of different assets ranging from small and medium sized apartment properties to high end luxury condominium buildings, medical & dental, retail and office properties. After attending the University of Iowa for several years, Steve earned his Bachelor¹s of Science in Marketing from Ferris State University in Big Rapids, MI in 1990. Prior to joining Arroyo & Coates, Steve was a Head Golf Professional with Marriott International¹s Golf Division.
