Steven is responsible for marketing programs and listing activities, including coordinating tours and facilitating any expressions of interest. Prior to joining C&W, Steve worked at a competing commercial real estate firm for over 14 years. There, he received the Rookie of the Year award, and was a consistent top earner, becoming a member of the Chairman's Circle on several occasions. Previously to that, he spent two years at Heller Global Vendor Finance as a Sales Manager, and six at Mackenzie Financial, where he was Manager of the call centre. Steve has represented a diverse portfolio of clients on both a Landlord and Tenant Representation basis. He specializes in office leasing, building sales, site selection and design build transaction.
