Steven Hidary is responsible for overseeing the leasing, management, asset management, construction management, accounting and marketing departments across the company’s portfolio of office, hotel, residential and retail properties. He is also solely responsible for leasing the company’s multiple retail spaces.
A licensed real estate salesperson, Hidary began working in office leasing and management and has since grown to successfully oversee approximately 1.2 million square feet of office, hotel and residential development. In his career, Hidary has also assisted in some of the company’s leasing and dispositions totaling more than
$250 million.
Hidary earned a bachelor’s degree in business management and finance from Brooklyn College. He is an active volunteer for many community youth groups and enjoys hockey, golf and fitness.
