Steven Kolsky joined Newmark in 2000 as a founding principal in the firm’s Southern California operation. Based in Newmark’s West Los Angeles office, Mr. Kolsky has more than 30 years of experience actively overseeing brokerage and corporate service accounts and continues to represent clients in their strategic planning and negotiation of complex lease and sale transactions. He has negotiated transactions totaling more than 30.0 million square feet valued in excess of $4.2 billon. Since joining Newmark, Mr. Kolsky has consistently been a top performer in Southern California and has completed several of the region’s most significant real estate advisory and corporate occupancy transactions, in addition to overseeing all local, regional, national and international corporate services accounts.

Mr. Kolsky received a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications arts and sciences from the University of Southern California.
