Bio
Steve Lepore is a co-owner of West Wind Realty LLC. For over 30 years, Steve has designed, developed, and built hundreds of commercial and residential projects throughout Connecticut. Steve is a principal owner of Lepore & Sons LLC, a fully integrated design/build/construction management firm with quality and commitment that has spanned two generations. Lepore & Sons LLC was featured in the 2017 Modern Home Builder Magazine.
Notable building accomplishments include over five subdivisions, more than 300 detached custom homes up to 6,000 square feet, and numerous detached commercial, light commercial, and restaurant buildings throughout Connecticut.
Steve is also a commercial building developer and has obtained approval of approximately 200 market-rate apartments in a New Haven County mixed-use project that will also feature commercial space.
His experience in the building and development industry provides him with a unique perspective to assist clients with home and land sales. His clients appreciate his knowledge, expertise, and helpful demeanor throughout the entire real estate transaction.
Steve and his wife own a home on the Connecticut shoreline where he spends his spare time enjoying all beach activities and community events. He also loves sports, history, and hanging out with family and friends.
