Steven oversees and executes investment initiatives for the firm. Throughout his career, Steven has acquired or developed more than $400 million of multifamily, mixed-use, and industrial real estate in New York City and surrounding markets. He earned his MS in Real Estate Finance from New York University and his BA from Rutgers University.
