Early is his career, Steven has listed over 3.6 million square feet of Class A office properties completing over 1,500 lease transactions and obtained his vast experience by representing 27 buildings in California & Hawaii of the nation's largest landlord ownerships.
Later in his career, Steven capitalized on his unequaled landlord knowledge and refocused his business practice to solely represent tenants and buyers so that he may provide 100% exclusive tenant advisory services to his clients.
Now utilizing his proprietary insider landlord knowledge to the benefit of tenants, he provides his clients with resourceful real estate solutions that immediately reduce their overall occupancy costs and stabilize their future rent expenditures with absolutely no conflicts of interests.
