Widely considered one of the youngest and most successful real estate brokers and investors in the San Francisco Bay Area, Steven Pinza is a licensed real estate broker, attorney, and President of the Pinza Group (a top apartment sales brokerage in the East Bay according to CoStar). These credentials allow him to assist clients in more ways than the average real estate broker, which has made Steven the top apartment sales broker in the East Bay since 2014. To date, Steven has sold over $2B in investment properties across more than 1,000 transactions.
Steven was the youngest member of the Board of Directors of the Rental Housing Owners Association (RHO), and was a leader in RHO’s Membership and Marketing Committee. He frequently wrote real estate related articles for the association’s newsletter. Steven and his team specialize in the disposition and acquisition of multifamily properties in the greater Bay Area where they've sold more apartment buildings than any other competing investment real estate brokerage.
Steven graduated from Golden Gate University School of Law with a JD and he also received a certificate of specialization in Real Estate Litigation. Steven finished in the top 25% of his class. Steven majored in Business Administration and minored in Political Science at the University of California at Riverside.
