Mr. Rafailovitc is the VP of Sales and Leasing and is responsible for all aspects of management, leasing and tenant construction. His role includes site selection, procurement of national and local tenants, lease negotiations and facilities in re-positioning properties. Mr. Rafailovitc has served as Senior Property Manager and Director of leasing for various Florida partnerships, which owed and developed numerous community shopping centers in Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, St Lucie and Lee counties. Mr. Rafailovitc is also a specialist in brokering and managing restaurants, his experience comes from being a restaurant owner for over 18 years.
