Steven Soltau leads all project activity for SCLP. He has developed more than 1,000 home sites and completed multiple retail transactions. Steven continues to be instrumental in the development of Southbridge Crossing, a 500,000 square foot, open-air regional shopping center with tenants that include Walmart, Home Depot, Sam’s Club, Best Buy and more.
Steven’s experience includes working for Target Corporation where he identified sites for new store locations and negotiated for acquisition and development. He also worked as a staff attorney at General Growth and managed the legal needs of 20 privately held regional malls. Steven went on to open his own law practice and worked with several retailers in mall lease negotiations prior to joining SCLP. Steven is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and William Mitchell College of Law.
