Steven and his team assist companies with managing their entire real estate portfolios. Although focused on companies located in the greater Chicagoland area, his clients often have a national or global real estate footprint. His team provides strategic insight into real estate solutions for clients by advising on lease negotiation strategies, growth/disposition strategy, and handling all aspects of transaction management.
Steven focuses on managing corporate real estate portfolios, office headquarters, strategic build to suit development, lease negotiation, and using technology to provide data-driven decisions and solutions. Steven is part of JLL’s Build-to-Suit practice group, specializing in office headquarters transactions. The BTS team guides clients through all aspects of this unique real estate transaction, from site selection to move in.
His team has completed over 40 million square feet of transactions.
Steven graduated from Miami University in Ohio with a Finance degree from the Farmer School of Business. At Miami, he captained the top-10 nationally ranked Division I Ice Hockey Team to three championships.
He currently sits on the NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties) Chicago Board of Directors
