Mr. Vazquez is a Senior Director for Berkadia Hotels & Hospitality, based in New York, NY. His primary responsibilities include the origination and execution of hotel investment sales, debt financings, and note sales on a national scale. Mr. Vazquez has more than 15 years of hotel brokerage experience and has overseen the successful completion of over $5.0 billion in lodging transactions across 30+ states throughout the country. Mr. Vazquez previously served nine years as Managing Director and head of the national hotel capital markets practice at NAI Global (a subsidiary of C-III Capital Partners). He also previously held senior level positions in the hotel brokerage platforms of Cushman & Wakefield and Savills North America. Mr. Vazquez holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration. He is an active member of the Cornell Hotel Society and the Latino Hotel Association. Prior to his career in real estate, Mr. Vazquez worked in various facets of the hotel industry including revenue management at the corporate headquarters of Loews Hotels in New York City and in hotel operations at the Bellagio in Las Vegas.
