Steve Weinstein is President of Village Development Group, a Maryland-based real estate development and construction firm specializing in multifamily, residential, and mixed-use communities throughout Maryland, Pennsylvania, and the greater Washington, D.C. metro area. He has led the company since 1985, continuing and expanding the development platform founded by his family more than six decades ago. With over 40 years of leadership at Village Development Group, Steve has overseen the planning, development, and delivery of thousands of residential units while maintaining a commitment to quality construction and long-term ownership.
Under Steve’s leadership, Village Development Group has built a reputation for thoughtful community design, disciplined execution, and hands-on project oversight, with a portfolio that spans multifamily apartment communities, townhomes, and select commercial properties. His responsibilities include strategic planning, land acquisition, project financing, construction oversight, and long-term asset management, guiding projects from entitlement through completion.
