Steven Weiss joined CBRE Limited in 2008 and brings over 20 years experience in real estate law, sales and leasing. He has worked with national and local accounts on the sale of real estate as well as leasing assignments throughout Ontario. Steven’s work with the disposition of sites for Shell Canada brings particular expertise to working with Brownfield sites.
Steven's current and past portfolio of leasing and disposition assignments include properties and clients across Ontario who range from private individuals, to major institutional and corporate clients such as Shell Canada, McDonalds, A&W, Wendy’s, Tim Hortons, Starbucks, Burger King, Sora Group and Excelsior Group.
