Stewart Daniels is a seasoned real estate broker with 18 years of industry experience, beginning his career during the challenging 2008 housing market. His expertise spans residential and REO sales, property management, distressed-asset disposition, renovation oversight, and real estate portfolio development.
A Fannie Mae REO Broker since 2014, Stewart has extensive experience managing, marketing, and selling distressed properties while protecting asset value and maximizing returns. He leads a growing team providing property management, project management, listing marketing, buyer representation, and renovation coordination services.
Stewart also advises investors on acquiring and managing two- to four-family properties, using hard-money financing strategically, improving underperforming assets, and building profitable real estate portfolios.
