Prior to joining Partners, Stewart’s distinguished career in healthcare real estate investment sales including working at Colliers International, where he built a nationally recognized practice across senior housing and behavioral health transactions. He is one of a small number of investment sales professionals in the country with a closed-transaction track record spanning the full senior housing asset type spectrum—independent living, assisted living, memory care, and continuing care retirement communities—as well as the full behavioral health facility continuum, including residential, inpatient, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient settings.
