EXPERIENCE: As a real estate professional, Stuart has over 20 years of experience representing corporate and professional clients as both consultant and broker.
His 20+ years of experience includes lease and sale acquisition and disposition negotiations in conjunction with corporate real estate professionals, real estate attorneys, accountants, risk management personnel, architects, etc. As an adjunct to corporations’ real estate departments, Stuart has extensive multi-city experience in cities across the country as well as outside the U.S. for the coordination and completion of new sites, relocations, renewals, expansions, contractions and subleases.
Throughout his career, Stuart has focused on the tenant representation side of the commercial leasing business. His client list includes Fortune 100 companies, professional corporations and start-ups providing a unique mix of challenges and services. He has been involved in lease transactions in almost every state in the Union as well as Europe and the Far East with over 5,000,000 square feet leased to date. Much of Stuart’s business involves multiple transactions, which conveys a high degree of client confidence and satisfaction.
Additionally, Stuart has represented developers, owners, and sublandlords in the leasing and sale of over 800,000 square feet of space, including a 400,000 square feet development for which Stuart developed the marketing and leasing program, leading ultimately to a successful lease up and eventual asset disposition.
Stuart is a graduate of The University of Georgia with a BA in English Literature. He is a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors, Atlanta Business & Technology Alliance, Georgia Economic Development Association, and gives time to various civic and charitable organizations.
