Stuart is a qualified chartered surveyor with 25 years of experience as an agent and has a complete knowledge of the central London office market that enables him to give clients best advice. Prior to joining BDG Sparkes Porter his role was head of Tenant Representation at Montagu Evans LLP advising on relocation opportunities and lease restructure solutions. His experience additionally extends to disposal instructions and has worked with landlords and tenants from both the private and public sector on leasing projects.
Stuart’s work is geographically broad ranging, giving advice in core areas of central London through to more challenging opportunities in emerging markets.
In recent times Stuart has represented Puma, GSMA, AEG Live, Meyer Bergman, Network Rail, FIA Foundation, Stagecoach, McDonalds, The British Museum, The NHS and Sue Ryder.
