Stuart MacKenzie is a First Vice President on the New York Institutional Group, which focuses on generating investment sales business in the Metropolitan New York region. Mr. MacKenzie's responsibilities include the marketing, underwriting, client communication and due diligence coordination for institutional multifamily and office assets. Prior to joining the New York Institutional Group, Mr. MacKenzie was a Senior Valuation Associate with CBRE’s Valuation and Advisory Services Group for two years. In this previous position at CBRE, Mr. MacKenzie was engaged in the valuation of all asset types including office, retail, multifamily, industrial, and new development projects in Westchester County, Fairfield County and the Mid-Hudson Valley region. Mr. MacKenzie began his commercial real estate career at CBRE, where he completed his summer internship with the New York Institutional Group.
