Bio
Stuart joined St Modwen in 2019 as Development Director responsible for the North West region.
Prior to joining St Modwen Stuart was a Director in the Industrial and Logistics Agency team at Savills for 20 years acting on a number of the North West’s most prestigious industrial assets including Heywood Distribution Park and Stakehill Industrial Estate. Stuart also acted on behalf of a number of occupier clients including Wincanton Logistics, Ryder and Biffa, advising on their national property portfolios.
Stuart is a member of the RICS and is based in the Warrington office.
