Stuart S. Prince serves as Senior Managing Director, Residential for Peterson Companies and serves on the Company’s Investment and Finance Committee. As head of the Residential Department, Stuart oversees all aspects of the Company’s multi-family and residential lot development projects, which includes over ten projects and 2,000 housing units in Virginia and Maryland.
Stuart plays a significant role in the residential development at National Harbor, which currently features four active residential projects. He also has extensive experience in mixed-use development, community association formation and management, and finance.
Prior to his 14 years at Peterson Companies, Stuart was an associate at the law firm, Latham & Watkins LLP.
