Stuart Romanoff is currently Partner and CIO of Romanoff Equities. He has had extensive development and investment experience in various successful real estate projects.
He was a member of Cushman & Wakefield since 1982 and led a team of brokerage professionals located at the World Headquarters Office. He represented a wide variety of tenants and prestigious agencies and was involved in some of the most significant leasing & sales assignments totaling over 20 million square feet of real estate transactions.
He is currently a member of the Center for Real Estate and Urban Analysis Advisory Board at George Washington University School for Business and is on the board of the Real Estate and Finance Alliance of the George Washington University Luther Rice Society. He is on the board of the Avenue of the Americas Association and the Meat Packing Improvement Association. He also served as an executive board member of the Ithaca College Business Advisory Council advising on policy and curriculum. Mr. Romanoff is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
