Before transitioning into real estate, Susan devoted over a decade to the sales, service, and marketing department at General Motors' Saturn division in Spring Hill, TN. During this time, she recognized the valuable connection that emerges through collaborative efforts when organizational values prioritize customer appreciation and their satisfaction. Susan initially secured her real estate license to develop her family's construction/design enterprise and personal investment ventures. Combining an aesthetic perspective with practical building saavy, she helps clients navigate both contractual elements and provides the creative vision many property transactions demand.
Susan demonstrates enthusiasm for ongoing education and professional advancement. She regularly allocates resources toward expanding her knowledge in the real estate field. Currently holding a position as Board Member of the Colorado Chapter of the Realtor Land Institute (RLI), Susan has obtained her Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation through comprehensive coursework and demonstrated transaction excellence. She maintains understanding regarding the intricacies of Colorado water rights and wells, effectively communicating with property owners, legal representatives, and buyers alike.
Spending childhood summer holidays in Minnesota at "the Lake," and enjoying the beauty of Colordo, she and her family appreciate outdoor experiencess. Continuing her passion for athletic pursuits and adventure, Susan has ascended Fourteeners, finished marathons, and completed the Pikes Peak Ascent. She recently discovered pickleball while maintaining interests in yoga, dance, hiking, and occaional rounds of golf. Susan takes pleasure in entertaining guests, interior design, and gardening—establishing welcoming environments through the harmonious blending of colors, illumination, and textures.
Throughout her professional experience, including positions at Sotheby's International Realty and currently MODUS Real Estate, Susan has cultivated interests in financial analysis, investment opportunities, and historic preservation projects.
