Susan Doig is an Associate Broker/Sales Manager with Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties and works out of the company's Margaretville, NY Real Estate office. For more than 28 years, she has made it her business to bring together Real Estate Buyers and Sellers in the Catskill Mountain Region. A lifelong area resident, Susan utilizes her intimate knowledge of Upstate Communities—from unique Villages and Hamlets to lightly-traveled back roads—to help locate the perfect Properties for clients. Her sales excellence resulted in recognition as the Top Sales Producer in Delaware County, NY in 2006. When she is not selling Real Estate, Susan assists her husband, Jack, with the operation of Lanark Farm. Situated on Route 28 near Andes, NY, Lanark Farm specializes in raising and selling grass-fed cattle. Susan and her family have been raising livestock the "All-Natural" way for more than 35 years. Even more impressive, the Farm has been in the Doig family for more than 150 years.
