Susan is experienced in full-time residential sales since 2003. She obtained her NAR e-PRO Designation in 2004, Broker's license in January of 2005, Certified Short Sale Professional in 2009 and Pricing Strategy Advisor certification in 2019. After some time commuting to the Orlando market, Susan has returned to the Heartland of Florida where she has lived since 1999.<br><br>Professional Experience<br>With 7 years background in Retail Banking and Residential Mortgages, and licensed in real estate since 2003, Susan knows what it takes to bring buyers and sellers together.<br><br>Professional Education and Designations<br>Susan is a current member of the Lake Wales Association of Realtors, Heartland Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and is a member of the Heartland MLS Matrix and Stellar MLS Multiple Listings Services.<br><br>Personal<br>Susan has been actively involved in charities such as the March of Dimes, Muscular Dystrophy Association, the Junior Achievement and the American Cancer Society. Nominated for the Congeniality Award in 2005. Susan served 2 years as Awards Committee Chair for the Lake Placid Board of Realtors (which has since merged with the Heartland Association of Realtors), winning the coveted President's Award for her service.
