Susan Schiveley is the founder and designated broker of Innovative Property Solutions, originally incorporated in 2014 as a California-based real estate company. Since then, the firm has expanded rapidly and established a strong presence throughout Mohave County, Arizona, as well as Southern California and Nevada, offering full-service real estate and property management solutions.

Licensed as a Broker in California, Arizona, and Nevada, Susan brings extensive multi-state experience and a deep understanding of each market she serves. She has proudly served on the Board of Realtors in both Arizona and California and actively supports community organizations throughout the tri-state area.

In 2020, Susan launched the Property Management Division of Innovative Property Solutions, which now manages over 225 residential and commercial properties across California and Arizona. The company continues to grow and now operates from four convenient office locations in Laughlin, Needles, Fort Mohave, and Topock, serving clients throughout the tri-state region.

With over 20 years of real estate experience spanning Southern California, Nevada, and Northwestern Arizona, Susan has earned a reputation for being knowledgeable, honest, and hardworking. She holds the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) certification for real estate professionals and is a Certified Residential Property Manager (CRPM). Known for putting her clients first, Susan leads a team built on professionalism, integrity, and exceptional service, ensuring every client enjoys an outstanding experience with Innovative Property Solutions.
When she’s not working, Susan enjoys boating, riding side-by-sides, glamping, and spending time with her family, friends, and two little dachshunds—Bruin and Raider.
