Susan began her career in the Property Management division of Zimmer Real Estate Services in December 1991. She worked in the accounting department where her responsibilities included property accounting, budgeting, fixed assets, lease administration, procedure implementation and management of the accounting database conversion to Yardi.
Currently, Susan’s responsibilities include leasing of the Prairie Village Office Center at 7301 Mission Road, an 80,000 square foot suburban office building, Bannister Business Center at 95th Street and Holmes Road, a 32,000 square foot retail/office building, and 6700 Antioch, Antioch Plaza, a 80,000 square foot Class A office building. Susan focuses her marketing efforts in Johnson County, Kansas and South Kansas City, Missouri markets.
Susan is trained in various real estate systems such as CoStar Property/Tenant, CoStar ARES, Xceligent and Zimmer proprietary software.
