With deep roots in North Georgia and a genuine appreciation for the land itself, Susanna brings a thoughtful, hands-on approach to acreage, ranch, rural, and commercial properties. Whether it’s a working farm, hobby ranch, development tract, recreational retreat, investment property, warehouse, retail space, mixed-use opportunity, or a legacy piece of land passed down through generations, she approaches each property with an understanding that its value goes far beyond square footage or acreage.
Licensed since 2007, Susanna co-leads Holistic Home Collective alongside her husband, JP. Their boutique team is built on the belief that real estate is more than a transaction. It is a financial decision, a business decision, and often a deeply personal one.
That philosophy carries directly into Susanna’s work with eXp Land & Ranch and commercial real estate.
