Susie Lash was raised in Knoxville, Tennessee and has a vast understanding of the area and the people who choose to call Knoxville home. Susie holds a B.S. and M.P.H. from the University of Tennessee, as well as the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, GRI designation and is a member of NAR, TAR and KAAR. Susie is the managing broker and co-owner of Gables & Gates, REALTORS® and is Relocation Director. Susie has over twenty-five years of experience in real estate, mortgage banking and commercial investments. She is consistently a multi-million producer and specializes in upper brackets, new construction, waterfront properties and development. Formerly, a Vice-President of Asset Management for Alex Brown Realty in Baltimore, Maryland, Susie has a thorough understanding and knowledge in all aspects of income producing properties.
