Ms. Applegate has 25+ years of multifamily property management experience ranging from Class B and C communities, Affordable Housing communities, Student Housing, lease ups and value added. Ms. Applegate joined Bridge Property Management as Portfolio Manager overseeing Salt Lake, Albuquerque and Texas Portfolio in April 2011. She was promoted to Vice President in January 2013 and currently oversees the operations of the Salt Lake, Colorado, Las Vegas, Chicago, North Carolina and Baltimore Portfolios.
Prior to joining Bridge Property Management she was a Regional Manager with Millwood Management responsible for the overall operations and new construction lease ups for communities located in Salt Lake City. Prior to Millwood Management she was a Regional Manager for Evergreene Management for 15 years responsible for overall operations of the Salt Lake and New Mexico Portfolios.
Ms. Applegate is involved in the local industry by having served as a Board Member of the Utah Apartment Association. She has completed training and certifications for Tax Credit Compliance.
