As Managing Director, Marketing & Business Development, Suzy oversees all aspects of marketing, communication and business development for KWP. Suzy provides marketing oversight and business development support for the company’s platform of real estate services which includes property management, commercial brokerage, occupier services, facilities management and accounting. Her main objective is to contribute to and promote the company’s strong reputation as a leader in the commercial real estate industry by serving client needs through best-in-class marketing and communications strategy.
KWP is currently the exclusive agent for over 200 sale and lease listings. Suzy oversees a team of marketing specialists who assist with the launch, maintenance and closing of all company listing assignments. Collateral production includes leasing brochures, offering memoranda, on-site signage, email blasts, done deal announcements, advertising and custom material as needed. She also spearheads business development and pitch efforts which include listing proposals, broker opinions of value, merchandising plans, property tour books, digital presentations, and team capabilities.
She works closely with consultants to maintain the KWP website, public relations and social media efforts, and to ensure DRE compliance and brand consistency. She regularly assists with client reporting and market research.
