Sylvia Folmer Duncan is an Associate Broker at RJL Real Estate Consultants and member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. She specializes in tenant representation, landlord representation, sales, leasing and healthcare.
Mrs. Folmer Duncan received her Bachelor’s Degree in Strategic Communication from Texas Christian University in 2010, and moved back to El Paso in 2013 after working in the University of Oklahoma’s Athletic Department. Sylvia began her career in real estate in 2013 working at TVO then moved to RJL Real Estate in 2014.
Current clients include Starbucks, Tropical Smoothie Café, Marco's Pizza and Dairy Queen.
Sylvia has deep roots in the community and is on the board for the Junior League of El Paso.
Sylvia lives in El Paso with her husband and their two children.
