Bio
T. Richard Litton, Jr. serves as President of HGI and chairs the Investment and Credit Committees. He is also a member of the Executive Committee. Mr. Litton oversees the company’s day-to-day operations, manages HGI’s transactions team, and plays a key role in institutional capital raising efforts. Prior to joining HGI in 2004, he served as a corporate law partner at Kaufman & Canoles, one of the largest law firms in Virginia. Mr. Litton holds a BA in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia and a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law.
