Tae Nam is Senior Managing Director, Asset Management. He has over 22 years of broad operational and transactional experience in real estate. In his career, he has managed more than $11 billion in assets under management and completed more than $1.5 billion in acquisitions and dispositions. He has worked on investments across all asset classes, including multifamily, office, medical, retail, and industrial. Most recently, Tae was Senior Vice President at Lewis Group of Companies, leading the company’s asset management platform of approximately 12,000 apartments and 44 retail, office, and industrial projects. Prior to that, he was Executive Vice President, Asset Management, at American Realty Advisors, responsible for providing asset management supervisory services for the firm’s multifamily assets. He filled senior executive roles with Adler Realty Investments, Inc. and Jamison Properties as well.
