Tai’s extensive knowledge of local markets, trade habits, and growth patterns come from growing up in the business. He is a lifelong Utahn and westerner, and he is licensed to work in Utah, Idaho and Montana — including some of the most breathtaking and fastest-growing communities in the country.

In his free time, Tai enjoys mountain biking, building furniture, and traveling with his wife and daughter.
