Tal Hicks serves as President of Hillwood Investment Properties, responsible for the development and acquisition of industrial properties outside of Hillwood’s flagship property AllianceTexas.
Tal joined Hillwood Investment Properties in its founding year, 1998, overseeing its creation and growth. To date the division has developed and acquired over 265.4 million square feet in various markets in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany and Poland.
Before joining Hillwood, Tal was a principal with Trammell Crow Company for 11 years. Prior to that, he worked in the tax division of Arthur Andersen & Company as a CPA.
Tal earned a Bachelor of Accounting degree at the University of Mississippi and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas.
