I have been a real estate professional in the Shaver Lake/ Huntington Lake area since 1989. I was born and raised here attending both Sierra Elementary and Sierra High School...Go Chieftians! After attending college in Fresno, I missed the mountains and became determined to find a career that would allow me to live and work in this great place. After studying marketing in college, I decided that real estate in the mountains could be just the right fit for me! I am raising two small kids as a single mom and I live on Pine Ridge. Things have worked out better for me than I had expected. In 1990, some partners and I began Resort Properties, a real estate company here in Shaver Lake. We were successful for 6 years. We then decided that selling property was better suited to us then running a business, so we sold our business to Kevin at Century 21. I have been among the top producers every year since affiliating with Century 21 in 1996, I have been the Top Lister and Top Seller in 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003 and Top Seller in 2004. I have won the CENTURION Award 5 times, the DOUBLE CENTURION Award 2 times and the GRAND CENTURION Award in 2004. I was inducted into the CENTURY 21 HONORS SOCIETY in 2003 for LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT with Century 21. I truly love my career. I specialize in new home construction, lot sales, resale’s and subdivision sales.
