Bio
Tammie Rhodes joined Grubb Ventures in 2011 and is responsible for the management of all real estate assets including multifamily, commercial, industry, and adaptive reuse properties. Additionally, she is responsible for the marketing platform for the company and the commercial leasing division. Tammie has more than 25 years of real estate management experience across the Northeast and Southeast with multi-family assets, commercial, retail, and condominium conversions and sales. Tammie has extensive lease-up experience managing properties across the Northeast and Southeast.
Tammie is a licensed NC Real Estate Broker and is the Broker in Charge for Grubb Ventures Services. She is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) candidate through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and holds the Certified Apartment Property Supervisor (CAPS) and Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designations through the National Apartment Association (NAA). Tammie is currently a member of IREM, NAA and the Triangle Apartment Association (TAA). She serves on the boards of IREM’s Triangle Chapter and the TAA Education Foundation. She received the “Property Executive of the Year Award” in 2009 from the TAA. She serves on the IREM Raleigh Chapter Board of Directors and the Mosaic Development Group Executive Board and as the Treasurer.
