I’m Tania Hamilton, a full-time REALTOR® with Mato Realty based in Naples, Florida, primarily focused on residential sales where I strategically price, market, and negotiate properties to protect and maximize my clients’ equity. I specialize in understanding market timing, buyer psychology, and positioning homes to stand out, which has led me to consistently rank among the top performers in my office of over 180 agents — including Top Active, Top Pending, Top Sold, and multiple months as Top Rental Agent. While sales are my foundation, I expanded into rentals when market conditions required homeowners and investors to pivot rather than leave money on the table, and my adaptability quickly became a strength.
