Tania Nicoletti brings strategic insight, operational discipline, and hands-on development experience to her commercial real estate practice. With a background in project management and over a decade as an educational director, she has developed a strong ability to lead complex initiatives, evaluate opportunities, and execute with precision.
Her experience spans redevelopment and ground-up construction, having successfully repositioned multiple residential properties across the Greater Toronto Area and managed construction projects in both Toronto and Costa Rica. Expanding into the commercial sector, Tania has been actively involved in sourcing and researching development opportunities for quick-service restaurant sites, where she has played a key role in identifying locations and supporting the acquisition and negotiation process.
Through this work, she has developed practical insight into site selection, market analysis, and development planning. As she continues to grow her presence in the commercial sector, Tania is focused on retail and investment opportunities and is committed to building strategic, long-term relationships at The Behar Group Realty Inc.
